That photo is actually from a village in Romania back in 2003 or 2004. The river had flooded the village and the villagers went to have a drink while the American volunteers were helping clear out the waters.

Well, it is still believable and that is the point. But glad you have a lot of time on your hands to mount a full investigation!

This is Shane MacGowan, lead singer for The Pogues, who, through years of alcoholism and drug abuse, came to lose all his natural teeth. He has since had them surgically replaced. He looks pretty good now. Sadly though, a series of injuries has presently left him confined to a wheelchair. Googling him, I found an article that stated: "When he was five years old, Shane started drinking when his family gave him Guinness to help him sleep, and his father took him to the local bar to drink with his friends" which, in light of my recent post in this thread, kind of makes me feel like a dick.
