Arche Bosphorus Prytaneion?

Hi there,

First things first, i love this mod!
Right now i'm playing with the Arche Bosphorus.
I upgraded my agora to a hippodrome.
The last step is to upgrade it to a Prytaneion.
In the building tree i see that this is the next step. Unfortunately it doesnt show up in the tooltip when i want to upgrade it.
I tried 2 new campaigns, i meet the requirements (marble and a research).
Is this a known bug or am i doing something wrong?

Anybody else who has seen this bug/issue? Just started another game with only dei mod. Still unable to build the Prytaneion.

After a long time i tried a new campaign. Still i cant seem to buld the Prytaneion. Is there a dev of this mod who can explain to me how to build it. See my first post.

Are you sure you have the required technology and resource? And are you using any submods? Also - are you sure you haven't already started building one of them? You can only have one of these buildings.

As a massive Arche Bosphorus fan returning for the new patch I had a look around and I can build the Prytaneion in some places but not others, maybe that is the issue? No idea of the reasoning but I can build it in various provinces but not in the likes of Baktria or Transoxania
