When something says in the description:
Income(+) or Expense(+-): +200
Also, on battle when it shows numbers of men you killed:
A(B)
What do A and B represent?
Thanks.

Whenever it says that about income or expenses, it usually just means income since such buildings are designed to give a small trade or tax boost.
Also, on the scroll at the end of a battle, the "A" represents deaths/debilitating injuries (healed casualties are listed in a separate tab where statistics for each unit are broken down) and "B" represents captives that can be freed, ransomed, or enslaved as prisoners of war after the battle.
If it says +-, it means -. The game automatically adds +, since nobody thought that modders might have use for flat income reduction.
The battle numbers mean killed(captured).
