Today we celebrate the Dag van de Onnozele Kinders in which we commemorate the deaths of all the boys that were killed on order of Herod the Great. If you still have any children that you wish to sacrifice in the name of our Lord, Herod, don't waste any time. Sacrifices done after 23:59 won't count.

If it's a man I'll allow it because we all know men never grow up. If it's a woman I will have to conduct a large amount of tests on her before, inevitably, I'll also allow it.

How can you be sure 23:59 in local time today is the same time as 23:59 when Herod lived? Roman hours were shorter in winter.

Herod is extremely pleased by your ingenuity for killing copious amounts of small children.

Personally I simply wave them goodbye as they get caught by the whirl. Seems only decent. We aren't savages after all.
