It has been raised to my attention by Isenbard that the following rule may be imperfect: "During a siege battle, you are allowed to have only one unit in the central square, until you are in danger of loosing control of the square"
He brought the possibility up of changing or removing this rule, and in turn I asked him to gather people who would be interested in discussing possible changes to this rule or the complete removal of it. He said that Caly, Arya, DrMac and Sluzazy supported discussions, so I bring the issue up here.
Supposedly the rule was removed with a vote in another online battle HS after in a battle, the defenders were to be forced to suicide attack the already captured walls with their last remaining units, because the rule prevented them from going back to the main plaza even as the walls were clearly lost.
I do believe this is an issue, but also that the rule shouldn't be altogether removed. My own proposed change is that we make an another exception to the rule which is: "If (as a defender) at least 75% of your forces were killed, you are allowed to defend near, around or in the central square."
Please, if you are against this change, say so in this thread. Of course, give your own suggestions to why there should / shouldn't be a change, and what else could be done."
