Also it seems like the Stark schemers have sunk so deep into their lies that they have mistaken who their allies are and who even is participating in high treason alongside them: Lannister forces haven't done anything to Arryn lands nor were they in any position to do so (they also have no desire to as long as they remain loyal to the one true king in the King's Landing, our Lord and Saviour Joffrey Baratheon). Our lands are open to all goodwilled diplomats and our coffers are deep. Send your envoys so you may partake in our wealth and make Westeros great again!

Balon Greyjoy has received a letter from the Riverlands. House Tully demands the Ironborn to attack the coastal settlements of House Lannister. The Lannisters are traitors to the throne and should be punished they say.

To what throne do we owe such urgency? The Iron Throne? We have a throne of our own in the castle of Pyke. And it is Balon who sits on it. And his daughter Asha will sit on it after Balon dies.
The Greenlanders are so full of themselves to try and command us, who rule the Throne of salt and rock. Their ridiculous idealism and laughable ways of the faith have no place in the Iron Islands.
The Iron Throne is already occupied anyway by a King, who is by all rights a Baratheon.

If House Tully is really adamant on gaining the support of House Greyjoy, they would be wise to provide a sound reason for us to listen. The Lannisters understand this, and have already proven more useful to the Iron Islands. It would be only wise for Tully and all of the Riverlands to prepare for the Iron Fleets arrival and think their next words carefully.

The Stark delegation was lead by Catelyn Stark who used her rank of being a daughter of tully seeking a audience, which was dully given. The Freys huddled in their rank around the Throne of lord frey , as walder frey complained about the lack of communication from the tullies, especially the fact that no tullies had come to his recent new marriage to a young bride .

"Father , you forget yourself...Lady Stark is here....." , admonished Stevron Frey , the current leading heir to the Frey name.

"Who asked you? You're not Lord Frey yet,Not until i die. Do I look dead to you?", bit back Walder Frey glouring at his child, as Stevron bit back angry words , he wanted to say "Not dead yet but close to death..father" but he could'nt do it in front of the family. who would delight in him be stripped of his rank in the fierce competition for the position of Lord.

Catelyn Stark then called for a private word with Lord Frey , and yelling he cleared the room , where they had some private words, and then discussed terms for a opening of a crossing. The eventual terms, was that Jon umbar married a Frey bride now, for which the wedding rights were now being prepared, and Robb Stark would marry a Frey bride when he achieved victory in the south, which the freys should partake of the victory spoils.

Equally the Starks , wanted the Freys to partake in the battle to the south and Walder agreed and allowed them to choose who was to lead the Frey force, to which the Starks choose Black Walder to lead, to which Walder also put into the armies ranks his heir , Stevron, to help run the supply, as Stevron was still fighting for his position of heir, and he did'nt want to lose prestige to Black Walder.

It was under these terms, that the twins opened their drawbridges and allowed the Stark army to pass, just as a Tully diplomat arrived in person to personally ask the freys to support their liege lord and allow the starks to pass.Walder smiled at the diplomat, telling him not to panic, but to return and assure the Tulies, that the Starks were crossing the twins and that the Frey army will stand ready.
