Second try: Trouble Installing Stainless Steel on Mac

First of all, apologies if this post goes up twice, the question has already been answered, or if I'm in the wrong forum. I recently "upgraded" from a Macbook pro 2012 to MacAir 2020, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to install SS on the new lappy. Back when I did it on the pro, I remember creating a wrapper using wineskin, copying the kingdoms .exe and all that, and it was relatively simple. Now, I cannot even find a reliable wineskin download or figure out how to install engines on one manually. If someone could help me go through the install of stainless steel on a newer Mac, or point me in the direction of where I can find the relevant information, I would be eternally grateful. I tried to visit the Linux discussion, but there doesn't any updated Mac thread that I've found that can help me. Thanks in advance!
