looking for lithography of tiger gives a lot of results (really people are obsessed with tigers, aren't they? ), adding Estonian gave the correct result

You got it! It's said that tiger was one of his favourite motifs and it's probably one of his best known works around here.
Nice, next one then!

It's not Raffaello, but you are not far
about the colors: actually this was the real color of most of the paintings and frescoes from the Renaissance period, but most of them have lost them due to natural causes, because the colors all have some organic component (mostly the "glue" part, usually egg white or fish/rabbit glue, just to mention few of those used at the time), so most of those works did lose their original colors even after 50 years or less.
As a hint I can say you that this one is a painting and that is conserved in one, if not the most, famous Italian museum.

Another hint
this is the only confirmed painting from the author, which was mostly involved in sculpturing, frescoes and architecture stuff.

so to recap
That's a painting, and the artist has something to do with Raffaello. The maker himself isn't famous for painting but rather for sculptures and frescoes (and some architecture), even though this specific artwork is considered to be the very first pertaining to Mannerism. It is conserved in the most well known Italian museum.
