Correct, while this is not a Cathedral but a Lesser Basilica (but don't worry, only few call it so, most of people call it Duomo di Orvieto).

So those are actually rams and not "just" sheeps. Googling "shearing rams Australia" gave me a quick result for "Shearing the Rams" from Tom Roberts

It's a very famous artwork, apart from its overall quality, because Raffaello put in the there the portraits of most of the greatest Italian artists of the time; i.e. you can see Leonardo right in the center, Michelangelo is the one sitting and thinking in the front, etc
