    Well, can you?
    I haven't read any. I wouldn't call Murders at the Rue Morgue a locked room story either. Maybe Chesterton has written one?

    I read Edgar Allan Poe's The Pit and the Pendulum when I was in high school. Although I don't remember the details of his writing, I remember being enthralled by it.
