    Default How is AI in RTWR?

    We assume that I tend to prefer RTW over RTWR because it has a much more comfortable interface and having modified it enough I am a bit lazy to adapt my mod to RTWR however I am starting to not tolerate much the limitations of the strategic AI of RTW, especially when you assign the AI ​​to manage your settlements it never produces agents for you, the production of fleets is buggy, I am playing a game with Egypt and the AI produces the ships in the only place where they are not needed, that is to South of the Sinai where the only danger are the pirates who rarely spawn there and since there is obviously no Suez Canal yet I can not move them to the Mediterranean but they remain there unnecessarily and I have to dismiss the units every time but the AI ​​tends to produce them again.


    Let's say that in general in the strategic part the AI ​​can be improved a lot, in the battles it seems to me to be a little bit more decent.


    So since this part of AI modding is hard-coded I was wondering if it was worth switching to RTWR for more decent AI.

    I am interested in the answer to this question as well.
    alhoon is not a member of the infamous Hoons: a (fictional) nazi-sympathizer KKK clan. Of course, no Hoon would openly admit affiliation to the uninitiated.

    There have been a number of changes to RR to the Campaign AI and a lot of the general AI behaviour has been exposed to modders. I don't think you can do completely what you have suggested above but you can certainly tune the AI decisions on recruitment and aggression.
