It's just the way the screenshot was made. Athens is indeed under Florentine dominion

I think it hapens in case when the player choses the hier by his ovn
I think that it happend when i gave the hier ring to a general of my chosing and the computer killes the old hier

Alsov i played hungary above turn 300 and i maried yll my priceses to my nobility,still i only have like 2 familiys left.
Two original familys who have coat of arms an those text when u click on their general,all else generals i have are those witouth coat of arms a prominnt name.They are either adopted(i adopted only few) or the game gave them to me.

Nope. Its always been there, but it's Terra incognita. It can't be reached and doesn't have a province in it.

Cilli has a similar roster to other HRE factions, so burg militas, professional pavise units and halberdiers, German mercenaries and gunners, Ritters etc... Bohemia is similar, mix of HRE with their own Bohemian and Hussite units

Is there any list of events for Balkans?

There are for the most part no events or future characters for factions like Serbia, Bosnia, Cilli, Epirus and the Roman Empire for the simple reason that these factions historically ceased to exist soon after our start date. There are some scripted events like the Siege of Constantinople and Morea rebellion for the Romans, and siege of Smederovo for Serbia. Serbia does get a few spawned characters which historically fought for Hungary but that's it.
