Thread: Immortal characters on TATW 3.2

    Default Immortal characters on TATW 3.2

    I playing with Mordor and I noticed that as the years pass (2980, 2981, 2982 etc), my characters like Witch King and the rest of Nazgul, get older in Age too. Are they immortal, not dying from natural causes like old age or only if they are killed in battle?

    *Someone probably has already asked this question, so be understandable to someone who has returned after years to re-playing this gem!

    Their existence gets monitored by a script and they get respawned once they die, regardless what reason.

    You could have used my repack.....

    I have downloaded here too, but I use the ModDB version because I more familiar with him.
    I notice with yours install change and fix for Steam version or you added more things, right?

    Not afaik. The Immortal Nazgul script hasn't been a part of vanilla. They should die at some point.

    You are correct, just checked, the original script has a 'additional nazgul' script part where several nazguls get spawned over the course of the game, eg depending on turn numbers. They are totally identical except for the data name (nazgula, nazgulb etc), the display name being the same, which makes it seem that they are immortal. Or, as I assumed, that they would be respawned after being killed - unless that's what it got changed into in other version\submods.
