Graphics settings question

For some reason when I go into change the graphics settings on ETW, the only options available are Low and Medium. High and Very High are greyed out.

Anyone know why this could be? I'm running the latest Darth Mod.

As I understand it, it's a known problem with the game (it's not the fault of a mod).

This solution worked for me - however, the file to edit is in C://Users/[your user name]/AppData/Roaming/The Creative Assembly/Empire/scripts (at least, if you're using Windows and installed the game in its default location) rather than C/ documents & settings/ *username*/Application Data\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts\preferences.script.

By default, some of those folders may be hidden, so you might need to search online for how to reveal hidden folders in the operating system you're using.
