Thanks! I have not yet got RTW:R, but from what I understand, most aspects of UI ( excluding, sadly, the interface ) are the same. So, I guess my work quite easily can be ported to the remastered version. Although I can be wrong.

I just do them in Photoshop. Since I am a "self made man" when it comes to graphics stuff, I have had a lot of practice...
