Province and city different owners.

So I was continuing this campaign in BI after adding a couple land bridges in the Bosphorus and in Gibraltar and after success I played a couple of turns and I find this:


Tingi is in Berber hands but the province says it is in control of the ERE. What could be happening and is it because of the land bridges?

Hi, that happens when you make changes to the map files, generate a new map.rwm file and load a savegame. Map changes are absolutely NOT savegame compatible.
