Mods I would love to see added to RTJ

Following are the mods I would love to see added to RTJ (which is clearly the best overall mod available for MTWII):

1) Dismounted Knights;

2) Burreck's NEWEST textures; and,

3) Horse Dust.

I am not a modder and am challenged by anything more than a real simple install but would love to see somebody incorporate all of these in RTJ very soon.

Anybody able to do it or tell me how step by step?

Again, GREAT mod - RTJ is the best.

Dismounted knights is being considered, Burreck textures are already in, and i have not heard of horse dust. Links to these mods would be appreciated.

As M2TW has eleminated the dust kicked by horses, I put it back using some RTW file:

Installation:
1)Extract the zip file
2)Put all files in your \Medieval II Total War\data folder
3)Use the io switch:
add the following line in your medieval2.preference.cfg file:
[io]
file_first = true
save and set medieval2.preference.cfg to read-only

Do you need the link for the dismounted knights? Sounds like you may already have it.

Thank you for the great mod. It is the only one I play anymore.

Just keep improving on it and keep it current with the updates in all of the mods you have already included in it and keep looking into the new ones coming out!

Realistically, when do you guys think the next update will be out? Absolutely no pressure here, just curious. And, do you think it will have the dismounted knights mod included?

i think they are trying to get a full version out... but they are waiting on maps. also, new mods will always come out so a combomod like this needs to give time for players to have a campaign on older version and really be a new version next release

yes the problem are the maps big map extended 1.07 should have been out for a week and for valors map we need more testing but at least the beta will be out soon when all major bugs are out of it
