Guys, over the past year, probably because of COVID, my roommate has been exhibiting some strong passive-aggressive behavior. A brief list of things he does
1. Always turns the bathroom fan on, even when he's not using the bathroom. When I leave the bathroom with the fan off, he'll come in to turn it off. He won't say a word about it to me, and neither will I ask him about it, because frankly I couldn't care less.
2. It seems when he has problems over something I did in his presence, he'll just mutter under his breath. Can't confirm it's about me, but it doesn't seem like coincidence.
3 Last night, he was having people over for poker night, and had a tv on in the other room playing music. I was hoping to use the tv to play N64, so I thought I'd ask him if I could use it. Instead of saying yes or no, he says, "It's your life, who am I to tell you how to live?", so I asked him again, and he gave me the same answer.
I mean just come out and give a straight answer

Tbh id be taking it as a signal that its time to change roomate. I lived with one of my best lifetime friends for a year. We are great friends, but different people, did not work out and there was tension building. There was no fights or anything, but I moved out after a year.

Tbh id be taking it as a signal that its time to change roomate. I lived with one of my best lifetime friends for a year. We are great friends, but different people, did not work out and there was tension building. There was no fights or anything, but I moved out after a year.

I need my personal space way too much to ever be able to live with a friend like that, I think, no matter how close we were before moving in together.

Yeah this is my last year at the house anyways. Moving out of DC and to NOVA when my lease ends. But at least your grandma left you some homemade socks. Can’t say the same for myself

I'm a Mobile Application Developer as for my regular job and also Cobol Developer for my consultant job.

That sounds busy. You working on NYD as well then? Do you actually get days off?

I can have day offs if I want to. For holidays, my regular job follows Philippine holiday, and my consultant job follows US holidays. So if ever there is a holiday, I still have to work for my other job which is not in holiday XD

Christmas...jeez. Celebrate in January (that is what Orthodox world does, because of calendar shift), when humankind feels like its been F5-d because of years change. At least most of it.
