This time around I'd like to present a candidate known to do something we previously all wanted to see but never until now saw; an actual implementation of memory editing for M2TW. Many modders already use this ingenious leap forward to implement new ideas and add more content to the game. One major example is the amount of new religions you could potentially add; hard coded limits are broken through this time consuming process.
His work was important enough to have its own subforum called "M2TW Engine Overhaul Project", and he's been a great help in assisting many modders in understanding how to use his new tool. The closest equivalent I can think of is the battle map editor wilddog and mak released.
