Yeah they definitely get the Croatian Cuirassiers.

Glad to hear about the Curaissiers. I suppose I am thinking too far ahead, but to my mind the Casa d' Austria should potentially be able to recruit many Croatian and Hungarian troops if and when Austria decides to claim the two crowns.
Plus I've noticed that the French in custom battles have no artillery.
Back to my question on infantry defence was it the Chevalier sans sans peur et sans reproche Ballad said of the Gran Capitan Cordoba- that he won the day with a ditch and a fence? The battle of Battle of Cerignola

It's a pity that Ragusa doesn't have ribault and some archer unit with sharpened stakes. It would be great for interesting campaign, because Ragusa is not so heavy cav faction and can have some altenative tactic against cavalry factions like Hungary, Bosnia, Serbia, Ottoman ...
So, if I'm playing as Hungary, and my King is in Austrian custody, how do I get him back?
Do you mean Ladislaus Posthumous? you don't. the game engine is not that advanced. He is basically a hidden character. What will happen is that when he will die Matthias Corvinus will ascend the throne as king.
Does he have a normal lifespan?
No, he will die at the historical date in 1457. Since he's also the faction leader of Austria we couldn't have him in the Hungarian faction too.
Initially we actually had John Hunyadi as the faction leader but he was called king which was weird. So that's why we added Ladislaus as a hidden character to be the faction leader.
Do you think it might be possible to add Fugger banking houses that could be used to get loans if you run out of money or need to hire an army? I suppose it could apply for the Medici if you are on good terms with Florence too
After the 1494 invasion of Charles Viii, do the French act like any other faction. Abilities to recruit etc
I was looking forward to the French invasion, but it was an anti climax. They should seize Asti too, give them a base of operations. If I'm not mistaken Asti was under Valois control.
And where's Gran capitan Cordoba?

There will be another, much larger wave, appearing near Asti 5 years later.
El Gran Capitan appears via event for hire for Trinacria. It might be a good idea to also spawn him for AI Trinacria

I didn't get that event, how strange.
Might be HS campaign, but then ive had most other events and heroes.
Do the French get to recruit their troops from captured towns?
There's not going to be a Francis I invasion is there?
That's a pity
How long do I need to leave the French alone in Milano to build their army, before I invade?

Are the Paramonai guards (both cavalry and infantry) and Roman bodyguard going to obtain a 15th century look?
It would be cool if they had a mix of western European and Turkish armor.
Does the mod had stone forts in the siege battle map of minor settlements? I only see crappy wooden forts xD
Two questions if I may, how can I add Hussars to Austria? And secondly how can I get the French to be able to recruit fresh units? Thank you
Everyone died out of hunger here lol. They created the best medieval 2 mod and unfortunately, capitalism and inflation got them dead. Forum closed lol. Anyway I found you a unit maker, a talented one, not sure how much work has left for finishing Tsardoms as a project, but there is this talented guy for making historical units maybe you could help him or he could help you with the missing units for Constantinople campaign. Or maybe you have little to do and want to help him with his small project. Just advertising here
