In the current build, I'm experiencing a rather odd situation where most (if not all) the candidates for betrothal are named exactly the same (Decimus Sergius Orata). I've already married a Decimus Sergius Orata into my family that's why I would like to have some variation. Problem is, several women have been kicked out of my family tree because they go past the childbearing age (at least 3 I remember).

How does the Romani naming system work so I can prevent this issue?

IIRC, in EB there was only one surname (Romanvs) and the gens trait was actually what gave the family member their nomen and cognomen (as a nickname if I'm not wrong). Anyway, I don't recall having this issue in EB 1.

Could this be a rather odd isolated experience?
