Icon2 Color/Opacity of Movement Points Green

Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to adjust the bright green color of movement points, or the opacity of the color so that it is less flashy? And if so, where would I do it?
I'm working on a mod which works with increased movement points, so it's pretty ugly to see half of the map lit up with every character you select.

Nothing in descr_ui_color_db nor anything remotely connected other then perhaps the #outline.tga file in the data\textures directory. Not sure if that is the graphics file for it, if so then you may be able to change the transparency (get rid of the intense green outline?), but I have no idea where to change the color.

Let me know if that had any impact - never tried anything with the movement range display myself.

Subbed to this thread, I'm also interested if something can be done with this.

Maybe unpack the original file and edit that one? Could be a format issue - I always have issues choosing the right TGA format in PS, hence I stick with GIMP.
