Cheers!
I really enjoy both Rome 2 DEI and Imperator Rome. So I decided to do a cross-game campaign between the best mod ever for Total War (DEI) and a modded version of Imperator Rome. Feedback is welcomed.
Enjoy.

Such a sick idea. Are you using Custom Battles to frame the fights as you need to match the campaign of Imperator?
I'm actually really looking at buying Imperator, but I've never been able to get a hang of Paradox games. Crusader Kings 2 was the only one I tried. I spent a few hours in it and never got anywhere.. I was always so confused.
Yes, I do Civis. It's a lot of work but I really enjoy it.
Imperator is good right now after a few patches since its release. It has a less steeper learning curve compared to CK2 in my opinion. Nowadays, I get my fix for strategy from Paradox games but they lack the immersion of commanding your own battles like Total War games. DEI has really elevated Rome 2 where I still play it and with the right visual mods it still looks great.
The 3rd episode is live. I am constantly trying to improve the quality of the videos. This one is shorter. Let me know your thoughts.

Wow, I managed to squeeze 60,000 units in this cinematic. Check it out. I love the looks of the DEI units from Rise of the Republic.

This one took so long to record but I think it was worth it in the end.
