Is it possible to make unique military and administrative buildings for cultures, so that if you conquer a town with another culture you couldn't recruit your home units until you re-build the building? As it is in Rome 2 or in Americas in ETW. Maybe it is possible just to rename a barracks/military academy etc. for each culture, like it is with religious buildings?

Yes, it is possible. It shouldn't be too hard either.

Do you know how exactly? Is it enough to rename buildings in first column in db-tables? Or i have go further and maybe edit startpos? I suspect that i also have to rename buildings in startpos.
