Yes, it's a massive update for modders and players. Loads of new functionality that Feral have added in response to requests from various modders as well as proper implementation of things that didn't work in the original release or required a different .exe
No information on the faction cap?
Everything else sounds absolutely great.
Faction limit has confirmed to be increased to at least 31, which is what we were first looking at as a decent number. Any further increase other than 31 is just an extra.
As Feral devs have said, increasing the faction limit has been tricky as it breaks something else in weird places, so we'll see.

Are the any news on how many cultures can be added? Would be cool if we could split them to western/eastern greek, gaul, german, celtic and more.
