    Default How come my 1st class citizens aren't repleneshing?

    Here is the situation:



    Note that the +60 settlers do not appear the next turn. The other two settlements are having the same issues. Thanks for any help!

    edit: I realize now that none of my population classes are replenishing...

    Okay, now all of my provinces aren't replenishing citizens from any class. I dunno if it's my mods, but here they are in case somebody sees something out of order:



    I did try disabling my one mod that is out of date, and that didn't fix it. Thanks for any help.
