Modding question about the fire/ smoke effects

Hi, I really love the mod for it's historical accuracy! There is however one thing that bothers me and that's the shooting/ smoke effects, is there a way I can change those back to the vanilla ones? I don't know anything about modding other then having installed a few.

They are in MoE_Visual.pack. You can start by removing this pack. This would however also remove other stuff, like new textures for flag

Another option is to edit MoE_Visual.pack (with PFM or RPFM), and I think deleting the "effects" folder should be sufficient to revert back to vanilla smoke.

I already tried removing the MoE_Visual.pack but that also removed the entire ui and unit cards. So I'll have to go for the second option, what's PFM/ RPFM?

PFM or RPFM are fan made tools that you can to edit mode packs quite easily.
