Defintley not in the first release. The topic of wonders is still under discussion and it's a possibility for the future; one I would support.
What do we mean by patriotism in the context of our times? I venture to suggest that what we mean is a sense of national responsibility ... a patriotism which is not short, frenzied outbursts of emotion, but the tranquil and steady dedication of a lifetime.

It just sums up my views on government - aristocracy in the best sense of the word...
I believe the modern term is "meritocracy"
