    have you used RTJ 2.01 lite version? which is the faction when it crashes? are there to many armys when it crashes?

    maybe if you delete plague, black death information in the events.txt
    Folder:
    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign

    or in the descr_strat.txt
    put the values from

    brigand_spawn_value 20
    pirate_spawn_value 28

    to

    brigand_spawn_value 0
    pirate_spawn_value 0


    otherwise its mabey a bug with campain AI (ultimate AI 1.1), try to install 1.2 beta link: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=301

    I have pretty much the same issue.
    My game keeps CTD on turn 1286 and it is crashing at the same point everytime. i click end turn and it will CTD as the almohads are making thier move.
    If someone can solve this problem i would be very greatful since i am playing HRE on VH/VH and have gotten very far (and winning :O).

    I have not got the RTJ 2.01 lite version installed but i have got the first version on. I came here for help because this only happens when i put the mod on. I completed the unmodded game as english without any problems so i figured someone will know of some file that needs adding or something.

    ps.....great mod, best ive played so far
