Awesome video, it was great to hear about the intricacies of the hoplite mechanics! I remember when I first fought hoplites in the early days of the mod that I had a lot of trouble with them because I would just use vanilla Rome tactics. But over time, I did learn about those tips you gave by playing a lot. If you would do another video, I'd like to learn more about chariots and how they work in the game!

Thanks! Yes, I will defo cover stuff like that and explain how they work ingame. Plus I am still a bit lazy with setting up some stuff at new PC so next videos should have proper microphone and game footage included once I get Sony Vegas again.

Very interesting video Kam, especially the part where you explain how hoplites in a phalanx formation are basically just walking tanks, it's safe to re-engage and cycle charge infantry against them. Use their immobility against them!
