Smokin' Aces
Anybody seen this movie yet? I saw it on opening night, Friday evening and I thought it was incredible. Its chaos, unpredictability, vast collection of actors and randomness is its strength. I'm huge fan of Tarantino films, and Sin City and this movie falls right along in those veins, while I think it isn't as well executed as Tarantino films or as indepth, it makes up for it with over the top excitement and action.
I found myself laughing and cringing at the same time several times in the movie and several times I was laughing out loud in the theater along with most of the other people in it.
This is a high-octane, testosterone filled movie, I love it and sometimes I get tired of dramas and plots, sometimes I want to be entertained and this movie delivers 100%. The actors are all great across the board and you get a feel for each of their personality despite short screen times. If you wanna experience a wild intense ride filled with some great lines and scenes bound to be classics, then this movie is for you.

"The politics of the Karl Rove era were designed to distract and divide the very people who would ordinarily be rebelling against the deterioration of their way of life. Working Americans have been repeatedly seduced at the polls by emotional issues such as the predictable mantra of “God, guns, gays, abortion, and the flag” while their way if life shifted ineluctably beneath their feet." - Senator Jim Webb

I had mixed feelings, the plot wasn't the greatest, but it was a whole lot of fun to watch.

Humm...I was thinking about seeing it. Uncontrollable, completely random action? You convinced me.

Thats what the movie is made for, unpredictable action.
