Carthaginian Offices Guide?

Just wondering if there's a post somewhere explaining the Carthaginian offices system. Both the player guide and playing the game itself leaves me a bit adrift. I find it a lot more confusing than the Roman "advancing up the Cursus/Imperium" system.

Also I have about 6 FM's over 20 years old in Carthage and I have no idea what I should be doing with them, unlike the Roman system, where I just move them around/use them in armies to rack up military service. Should I be doing this with with Carthaginian FM's?

Nothing much mate, you can leave them around Carthage so that they will gain political traits and other stuff. After a certain age, they will start being eligible for main and secondary general.
