Change Oda and Saito starting diplomacy

I simply want to edit my already edited startpos.esf file so that Saito clan starts the game neutral with Oda clan. I have read tutorials/forums and watched videos but cannot seem to get Assembly kit/bob/tweak to save my startpos edits. Been driving me crazy for days now. The small edits I have made to the startpos have been through pfm. I can get to the diplomacy array and find Saito and Oda. I know I have to change multiple values across both arrays so they match up again. I just cannot figure some of the rows ids/values and what they represent. Any help and insight would be much appreciated thank you!
