    Yes, clean install of 2.35 to be sure. Then patch to 2.35A. Then apply the little fix patch.

    I Installed everything freshly and it worked from first time. Did not even had the campaign-first crash as usually other versions had. I m using windows 10. I suppose guys who had problems did not copy pasted the data folder into a correct place that s whty they failed lol

    No, we only compile installers for complete mods. That would be over 6GB and much harder to distribute than this one.

    This is no more complex than a drag and drop in the right place.

    Okay, I used the fix, Cantabrian Axemen work now, but Massagetae dont. I havent reinstalled 2.35, but I dont think thats the problem here, as other units work without problem. Also crashed with an late game celtiberian unit, have to narrow down which one though.

    Have you used the most recent fix-zip (from 18:44)?

    Is there still a patch fix being waited on a day or two to catch more stuff? Or does current hotfix include everything mentioned here so far?

    I'm at turn 20 with my favourite Bosporus and I can clearly notice the differences to the prior version. I have the feeling the battles improved significantly, a lot of lethal skirmishing going on, a lot of scripts (at least in my Bosporus campaign) and my biggest fear about a passive AI is dissolved. I still didn't get the whole nomadic stuff you can do with Bosporus but there is time for that. The AI is actually doing stuff, Rome is doing stuff, I believe the Leusitane conquered something (at turn 20!) which in the previous version didn't even happen at turn 300. Whatever you guys did, the mod looks very good indeed! I like the new traits, I like the battles, I like the buildings. Thanks for this update!

    Whenever when I try to do a battle with the Mazsaka Baragata ​unit, the game crashes. Is there a fix for this CTD?

    Look under 1a on the first post.

    I'll put a full release together in a few days, when it settles down.

    My campaign just stopped after I ended the turn and no it s not faction re emerging it just stops at Carthage which took the sttlement of Ammon.. Weird, waited half an hour. It just stands there on Carthage and music goes on trade ships go on and nothing happens. Turn 103. Probably will have to start a new campaign lol.

    Give it a bit longer, the game almost never freezes.

    Just wanted to chime in and say I think the projectile changes are great. My hemithorakitai peltophoroi absolutely cleaned house when flinging javelins into unarmoured, unshielded infantry blobs (enough to cause a few routs on some occasions!) but bounced semi-harmlessly off units with armour and large shields. Feels way better than 2.35.
