Total War: Medieval II Remastered announced

As plenty of you probably have already seen, Medieval II is no longer being offered on many of the game sale platforms. This is due to the upcoming announcement of Total War: Medieval II Remastered, which shall feature a complete overhaul, 16x the detail, complex faction politics mechanics, and support for both Android and Apple devices. Mods will be transferrable from the original games and can be purchased from the new ingame Creative Club to support the modders and the development of TW:MIII.

So what is new about m2tw remastered? Will the hardcoded limit finally be lifted after all this time? No limits to units, scripts, regions, settlements, and etc?
