ive played a wii before, not really that much fun, felt my heterosexuality slip a little too (no offense)

I played the wii once. The best part about it was the wireless controller, and even then it was kinda lame. It is good for going over to friends house, but not to own.

Wii is amazing. A friend of mine spent literally 24 hours straight playing the new Zelda game. If you don't like it, don't talk about it or buy one (gee, the only consol with a reasonable price...too bad for you guys I guess)

It's $50 less than the 360, and extra controllers are $60 if you play games that need the nunchuck.

It's not like these are bargain consoles.

Waited in line for seven hours for one and don't regret it. Not only was waiting in line really fun (some pretty cool people were in line with me) but the games I have - Excite Truck, Zelda, Wii Sports, and Super Monkey Ball - are all very fun.

The internet, news, and weather functions are cool, as is the retro gaming.

wii is great for playing with friends. But that's it so far really. The only good game aside wii sports(good policy to bundle it with the console) is Zelda, according to my best friend who has been a Nintendo fan for years. It's not worth it if you play alone.
