I suggest to set turn lenght limit after which turn is skipped.

I am against skipping but after that time the turn should be played by the admin or an ally

I agree with Reaktorkern - especially if they can't play the turn for a reason that's out of their control, skipping just puts them at an unfair advantage. Much better to be subbed by an Ally or the Admin.
