For years the Athenian Navy has controlled the sees but no more thanks to the work of countless ports finally Carthage had enough power to send the Athenian to the Bottom of the see. Und the cover of Darkness every ship was gathered so they could strike but disaster happened. On a beautiful day near Epidamnos a huge fleet arrived but it wasn’t the Carthaginian Fleet No it was the Athenian and they found out about the plan and sent they’r grand Fleet to pick of all the smaller Carthaginian Ships. But today it was different Admiral Theages held the port whit his 50 Bireme‘s but it was hopeless. But the flames were visible all the way to Tarantas where the gathering of all the admirals was and under the leadership of Admiral Hamalcar they dropped sails and rushed for the rescue of Theages.
And So it came that in the winter of the year 364 BC the Athenian Fleet under Erechtheus was defeated and many of they’re ships were sunk in the Port of Epidamnos.

@Jadli I know, but it is easier for me to have an external link to the save in any case. Hence, I still continue to deliver the save directly via PN to Nick Kyriacou as well as via workupload.

By the way, Athens has only 2 settlements left and will be soon destroyed.

thats definitely what has to be done...

themzr lost his TWC password, hence he didnt post. I hope he fixes his issues by his next turn, Alert has had the save from the 27th, so I hope he plays asap, otherwise it will be skipped

Now hold on just a moment. As far as im aware Torken has decidedly left the HS, and given that I had only returned for the sake of seeing the HS through. I really think its high time that this is put to an end. It's lost all of its steam, and there's really no need for it to continue.

Edit: This was a pretty big turn for Carthage, a turn of which they could have defeated numerous Lydian ships, armies, etc, so the faction is good as dead. Unfortunately with Torken gone and with the need to repeat myself; the HS has surpassed its life expectancy like a great deal of others. I lack the will to waste my time when it can be spent on other entertaining projects, as I'm sure many of you would agree.

So please. Rather than delaying the inevitable, can we just finally pull the plug? I'm not asking for much here.
