Seleucid temples

Hey guys!

I just started a Seleucid campaign and I am wondering what the 'best' temple is to build in your cities.
I read that the temple that gives a law bonus is best for public order and fighting corruption.


The screenshots show the difference when building said temple.
Why does the corruption stay the same after the law bonus?

It seems either your building or your governor nullify your law gain which is why the corruption still the same since i don't see law public order taken effect.

You should also consider building a temple of fertility for settlements under 6000 population. The reason is that most settlements will never reach 6000 population even with low taxes, max farms, and an Attuned Governor unless you add a temple of fertility into the equation. Why not temple of farming? Well, those encourage the Country Bumpkin and Unschooled traitlines. Also the temple of fertility encourages the Hale and Hearty trait line.
