Issue Installing Shogun 2

Hello,

Probably not the right place to post.. not sure.

I've had a few issues with Shogun 2 recently and currently have the following.

I now cannot install the game from steam, it is downloaded but I cannot complete the install to open it, each time I get the error code 55 message. I have gone through steam service and tried everything they have suggested to no avail.
Server region changes, reinstall again, update steam service, check antivirus isn't blocking it all failed. Also tried the last comment on this thread, which also didn't work: https://www.twcenter.net/forums/show...on-t-respond-)

If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.

I had the same problem myself and after I looked around a bit I found this.

4. Delete your Steam ClientRegistry.blob file. This can be found in your Steam installation folder (for me it's C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam)

I did that and it worked for me.
