We are... particularly slow in this HS, and I am not sure if that is sustainable. Some people will dissapear if it takes 2 more years to finish this and then we'll never actually finish. I suggest we cap the turn times at 5 days per turn without extension, and then our avarage will be way better than it is now, with very, very reasonable times. PPL should also have others who sub if needed

On another note, I will be on a holiday between June 29 and July 2nd, and July 6 and July 11
Arryn took a long time but I'd appriciate if I could do it either on June 3 or 4

I dont have any problem with enforcing rules. The issue is that a time limit never worked, because there is no consequence. The other issue is that we don't have players, so we lack replacements. So if 1 turn someone forgets the turn in a crucial situation, it's gg because of time limit. I don't think that is something we all want, but then I do agree people need to commit more to this HS and play their turn on time.

So I will support any measure that the majority of you wants, but I can only say, please people, put in some effort so all of you can have some fun in this HS!

EDIT: And please, everyone, notify the next in line on both TWC and discord. I think often notifications don't reach discord, so they don't reach players on time.

i suppose if someone is very late, the person should be skipped/lightly subbed (as you dont have enough time anyway)... either that make them play faster next time... or we lose dead weight, as those factions will die eventually

and also of course, removing/turning AI half dead factions (like Yrownwood) would help

Or, maybe, allies subs should become a "mandatory" thing.... I think most factions have allies, so everyone should share their password with at least one other person, and when they are late, the person would be automatically allowed to sub?

Especially so because I am back home and if I can't do it tomorrow, I can't do it till the 12nd

if we start enforcing time, then I'll drop the Yrnwood thing and I won't protest turning it AI. But then time rules should really be enforced.
