I don't think such a patch exist, unless you mean this (scroll down at the bottom in the OP).
There is also a CTD fix for MTW Gold Edition 2.01.

I don't think there is any such unofficial patch. If there were, I would have probably heard
something about it by now - and so far, I have heard zero news or info about it...

Maybe we should have that due for the discover that Macsen Rufus did.

I've also notice a few things myself. For instance, some provinces has a river on the campaign map, but not on the battle field.
There is also some provinces that is suppose to have tradeable goods in one era hence for making a trading building present, usually the late era.

Well, I would have no objections if - the still existing/active MTW-community here at the TWC -
pooled together and created an unofficial patch for MTW. I'll offer to help (here and there), but I
won't do it alone. After all, I hardly play raw MTW these days anyways.
So, any interest in this kind of thing folks? ...?...

You are missing the point (made there)...
In short, any involvement in such a venture/project would basically be an act of charity - on my part - as it has little actual use or function for me personally because I hardly ever play raw MTW in the first place. That said, all this seems rather academical as the interest don't seem happen here anyways. If people here really were interested in this kind of thing, they would have posted as much by now...

Fair enough. Soon after I posted and read your post a second time I realized that a community game patch is not needed, instead why not post a thread that has information about bugs and how to fix them manually like the one I linked to.
