Wonder effect can't be province only

Why do you try to give the food to the province? Is there specific reason? Food bonus should be given to region.

Anyway, the wonder is an effect bundle that applies to region. If you want it to apply to province from wonder you should choose scopes like region_to_province_own, region_to_region_own_provincewide

I wanted the food bonus to only apply to the province. Yeah it would be confusing if someone else played my mod.

I've been playing around with the different effect scopes. When dealing with wonders region_to_region_own has the intended effect of province_to_province_own. While region_to_region_own_provincewide affects the whole region, and region_to_province_own does not work

Constantinople is a region. Thracia is the province. Effects that apply to province means they apply to all three regions of the province (you can choose whether it can apply to yours, the enemy's or both).

I tried food bonus and income bonus. I always use the region as target for food (here Constantinople only) because this is how buildings do it too. For the income bonus I used a bonus to agriculture for the whole province from the wonder and it worked just fine.

You can also play around with the target of the wonder's effect bundle in the table effect_bundles but I don't recommend it
