Unlimited men...

This is from another thread. My question: What exactly happens when I do this. I mean, will I have to fight against 5 armies at one time??

Yes

Limited men 4 armies,

First off will be the ones who are engaging and the rest will come later (to me that's realistic in a sense since it takes time for reinforcements to reach but in most cases they never show up so that annoys me)

Unlimited men 4 armies

All armies will appear on the battlefield and from there you do whatever you want. I use this now and I love it(if I lag then I lower the graphics), fields and fields of thousands of dead bloodied frenchmen in the cold blistering rain and fog(which you can't get in RTW), it's beautiful, I love this game. You can't get this without unlimited men. The only thing missing are trails and rivers of blood flowing from the dead bodies but that's asking too much.

Sorry, what do you mean, "you do whatever you want?" You mean all armies that were supposed to show up for the battle do show up? Do they fight at the same time? Or only if you have them assigned to AI (for allies)?

No a setting in the medieval2.preference.cfg file which can be edited using notepad.

Well for example

1 English Army - you
1 Spanish ally - AI

4 French army - AI

All of them will appear on the battlefield the moment the battle starts and like I said, you just go from there. You have to work carefully because you now have 4 enemy armies converging on you (From whatever directions they attacked you from) at the same time.
