Rip all the experience bonusses from buildings. It is called experience for a reason... Better warriors have better stats to begin with, not experience, this should be earned in battle and therefore more to wish for, admire, want. Fe save your experienced warriors for important battles or last line of defense and so on.
But since the experience system was totally wrecked in Atilla and Rome II, I don't know if this is important for newer games. In Atilla for example, if you put a 6 chevron unit in a town, the next month/turn they would have lost all their experience (and they did not need replenishment). But for the older games and perhaps, if EA/Creative Assembly fixes the experience system sometime in the future, this goes, rip all new cadets of experience.

Um. So you say, if you have for example military academy in town and thus some elite(ish) garrison there, they are totally noobish in term of experience? We have two ways to show better quality of troops 1) better versions/elite or unique unites/regiments of renown in Wh... so it is like difference between militia - elite troops and then 2)chevrons. Well I love special, unique units but not every garrison needs them. If you have drill ground, anything like practise range. Adding chevron two to particular units is ok.

Yes they are Sir. What you mean is that they are trained, and this is a different record in all the TW DATA databases, trained, well-trained, elite. It makes the soldiers keep close together, better in line etc. Furthermore due to training they can be more disciplined, which is also a record in the TW databases. But combatexperience you should only get after combat. Trained, and disciplined, highly_disciplined or undiscplined way heavy on the combatskilles, fatigue, etc, that should be enough superiority already...

You are speaking about difference between various units. For example Empire: militia vs line infantry vs guards. That is difference from quality of units.

But i donīt see reason why experience must be limited to combat only. Imagine elite units...ranges, navy seals but even historical ones like Sacred band of Thebes. Their experience is not coming just from number of battles but from training too. Well drilled units behave better under combat than any militia.

If we have two unit of similar quality - line infantry for example. The one unit constantly training, doing drills and various battle games will have advantage even in battle. You will not have for example better accurracy just because you were in more battles. You get that by practising.

tl dr; donīt agree with you.

This does not seem like an effective way to get the idea done. Not least of which, the fact this is in general discussion means it has very little reason to even be in the awareness of most game specific modders, let alone a priority even if it is.
