The vision that John experienced was not something to laugh at because in heavenly time it already has all transpired although in our time it still has to come to pass. Of all the Disciples directly connected to Jesus Christ he was the one kept alive long enough to see the vision that ends this world to bring in the New One. He saw you and me in our respective positions as all was transformed so what is there to laugh at?
