    The point is not to "blame one and not the other"; it's to rebuke the unsubstantiated allegation that the border crisis is a product of systemic racism (which was the original, apparently abandoned, contention).

    Funnier in a sad way how easy it is to radicalize (usually men and usually young) people into believing the relatively benign side effects of the efforts of others to address obvious racial disparities as a racist attack of significance on themselves.

    Well, I am the last person on the planet to support those who play the race card but there has been certain degrees of systemic racism ever since the late 1960s and victory of the civil rights movement.
    Not to mention what was happening before that.
