[help] campaign unit requirement table

Hello,
Can anybody help me to decode campaign unit requirement table? I have pfm v 5.2.4 and the latest schema 142. I tried to decode with guide but it is quite hard and zero results. Maybe anyone has a ready schema?

Try Rusted PFM.
For some reason it works better with 3K.
