I've already changed the settings to ultra but still stuck @ 160.. any other way to increase this?

Go to preferences.script and change campaign_unit_multiplier from 1 to 2 or 3 ,4 , etc..whatever size you're looking for.
Note that 2 means 2x...so if you have the size on ultra and you put 2 it would be 160x2=320
