Default Middling performance on the MS Surface Book 3

If anyone has advice it would be much appreciated.

I'm running TATW on the high-end Microsoft Surface Book 3 and getting very subpar performance. I think I should be able to run it in 4k at 60 FPs but it is hovering around 30 and struggling. I've done some monitoring and it's definitely GPU limited. IT also shouldn't be throttling because the GPU is running at max clock speed.

Computer has a 1660 Ti MQ so it should not be having any troubles. And it runs Troy just fine.

Yeah, 4K and 32bit applications (at least M2TW) aren't friends - only one core being used. Set the ingame resolution to 1920*1080 max, that will still give you great visuals with good FPS.
